Hello! I’m Mallika. I am an aspiring writer / artist. I wrote a bunch of code for 4 years to sustain these hobbies of mine. I’m currently on a break from traditional work-streams so that I can spend more time with all the art forms I like. I set up this barebones page a couple years ago so I could start my own version of @visakanv’s 1,000,000 words project.
I love the internet and I love thinking about the pursuit of happiness, peace, contentment and self-actualisation. I love talking to people who like thinking about some of the same things as I do, so I’d love to connect!
I was born in New Delhi, grew up in Mumbai and then spent a considerable amount of time in New Delhi before moving out of India for grad school. I’ve spent some time in Atlanta and San Francisco, and was living in Amsterdam till April 2023. I’m now back in India, living in Delhi NCR again. I used to think “the places you’ve been” is just trivia but lately I’ve gained more appreciation for how places shape us.
